This is an excellent product!! I have been taking it for a couple of years now and it truly helps me sleep much better!!

Great product! Worked better than anything I've tried to date. Did make me a bit sleepy during the day, but I'm going to try to cut back to a half dose to see if that will work well enough.

I've had sleep issues for as long as I can remember. I took Benadryl nightly for years and recently starting having severe insomnia about twice a week. My doctor prescribed me one sleep med that didn't work, totally dried me out, and made me into a zombie. Then we tried another one that worked great but that is highly addictive and loses its efficacy if you use it more than a week in a row. My gynecologist of all people suggested I try this. I take it along with 400mg magnesium and 1mg melatonin and I'm down. Two odd side effects though are I definitely get up to pee more often than usual and I have crazy vivid dreams, so my nights definitely feel longer than when on a prescription that knocks you out for the entire night. I'm not groggy or dizzy the next day and wake up ready to go usually before my alarm goes off.

I’m on my second bottle and feel this product helps me have much better sleep. I still wake up a few times a night but am able to go back to sleep much easier. Will continue to use this for at least a few more months.

I started using this to get my adrenals healthy. Chronic stress lead to lack of quality sleep which just made the whole cycle worse, of course. This is one of a couple of things my homeopath prescribed that I try. I noticed a change almost immediately and after a month, I am sleeping well again. I do recipe d highly. It’s always most effective if you have a practitioner helping pinpoint all the issues but these seem great for adrenal support.

This product helps me fall asleep and stay asleep through the night. I like it better than the prescription drugs I have tried. I may wake up but I'm able to fall asleep, no more of the waking at 5 am and not being able to fall back asleep. I love it!
