MELT Hand & Foot Treatments DVD

I bought this about two years ago, and while I don't regret it, it didn't change my life or anything. Though to be fair, I didn't do the exercises everyday (maybe once a week for a month then even less frequent).The individual exercise videos are easy to understand and follow. There are many choices depending on what you want to accomplish and how much time you have. They did a great job with that.Also, I recommend buying the Melt Method equipment (roller and balls) because I went cheap and bought some similar things from different manufacturers, and I'm not sure how much money I saved in the end, but the amount of time it took to find these comparable things and the fact that they don't always feel like they are 100% comparable to the ones int he video made me realize it really wasn't worth it.So, if you're going to try this, I recommend just shelling out the money and buying the entire set. DVD's and equipment. And then do the exercises EVERYDAY and see what happens.Reviewing this has made me think that maybe I should kick myself in the pants and just do the exercises daily because it does feel good to roll out my muscles the way she says to. It's different than just gritting my teeth during a regular foam roller session. And guiltless self-care is all the rage these days.

Brand new to this! I got the ball set too. We have a lot of balls but none like MELT I tried hands first because I use computer touch pad & mouse all day with different devices. My hands felt amazing afterwards. I didn’t realize how tight & tired they were were. Will try feet next.
