he was sad that the beard & mustache were too big & ...
My son is 6...he was sad that the beard & mustache were too big & didn't stick at all to his face.Plus the hat was cheaply made & it was too small

Runs a little small, but decent quality and price.
The quality of this set is nice and my son thought it was very fun.The only negative is that the hat runs small. My son is turning 6 andthe hat was too snug. We cut a few slits in the back so that he couldwear it for his birthday party.

Costume Gift
My nephew love pirates, he is 6 and wanted a costume for play. This hat and beard are now gone but they served their purpose for atleast a year. Hair looks real and hat is floppy but looks very much like a pirates hat.

it's nice in that it's soft & will fold up well ...
hat too small for grandson, but will fit granddaughter if she decides she wants to wear. it's nice in that it's soft & will fold up well in a suitcase if they decide to take it on cruise with them. Good purchase, overall.
