Do stainless steel straps have extra strap sections?

Just received it without the extra strap link, but after contacting the seller an extra was sent to me very quickly, very satisfied.

Is the product actually as delicate as the picture?

This is the third time I've purchased an OLEVS men's watch, and the quality is better than the price. I even want to buy one for my dad.
