highly recommend it for its content and how easy It is to navigate. perfect for an intro psych class or someone interested in learning the fundamentals of all branches of psychology. comes with quizzes and definitions. although I would not recommend taking notes while reading as the book expands a lot about the history and gives plenty of examples. good reference if you're confused on a topic

This book is like a self-help book, and written on a level much below college competency/comprehension.
Not a very professionally written text book.After reading three chapters, I am awe struck as to how dumb and dumber trend has infiltrated the academictext books.This book is Oprazation of psychology, as it appears to me. As electrical engineer, I wished to update my understandingon this topic, but what I got was as same level of presentation as self-help section of a book store.If psychology wish to be taken more seiously as it should be, this type of casual half joking approach should be avoided.Just my opinioni. Yes, it does have some interesting updated scientific researches presented, but I did not appreciatemore of flippant approach that this text book takes.

LOVED the way this book is written
LOVED the way this book is written! It's written with a little bit of humor from the authors, to keep students interested, and also relates age appropriate topics with the info in the chapters. Great psych book, I learned a lot and it kept my attention unlike other books that are just filled with info and no interesting bits.

Rented this book on the kindle app for a psychology class. It was actually interesting and didn't make me want to throw up like some other psych textbooks do!
