This cross-cut straw is designed for toddlers learning to drink independently. While adults may find it challenging to use (since our suction strength is much stronger), children can adapt easily.

How do I clean the sippy cup?

We recommend cleaning the bottle after each use with warm (not boiling) soapy water. Use a dedicated straw cleaning brush to thoroughly clean the straw. Replacement straws and brushes are available for purchase separately.

Why is my sippy cup leaking?

Each sippy cup has a leak-proof silicone sealing ring. Make sure it's properly placed in the lid's groove. lf the cup still leaks, check if the straw valve is damaged or worn - you may need to replace it.
