Honda Replacement Key Fob
The key fob is easily programable with specialized equipment. If you do not have the required equipment a competent locksmith can program it and cut the key insert for a reasonable fee. We have the necessary electronic tools at our shop and quickly programmed the fob but will need a locksmith to cut the key insert. Overall this is a good purchase at a reasonable price but it will not work out of the box without professional programming.

Received a locked key that was unprogrammable.
I did a lot of research to make sure this key was compatible with my car, which it is, but the key arrived locked. The key technician spent 30 minutes working with it before having to finally switch to one of their keys to make the new key fob. I ended up spending $200 more than I planned because the key wouldn't work.

Does the Job Effectively - No fuss
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I purchased this Fob to replace a lost 2019 Honda Pilot Fob that was compatible with FCC: KR5 T44 model. It needed to be programmed by a local locksmith, which took about 30 minutes and cost me $137 for labor. Overall it is a solid quality product which met my expectations.

Trunk button doesn't work for 2020 Honda Civic Sedan
The price for this fob is exceptional compared to what I would have paid at a dealership, but the locksmith who programmed it for me let me know that the trunk button was meant for a hatchback and wouldn't work on my sedan's trunk. Also, the automatic start button almost never works for me.

2019 Honda Civic, trunk button doesn't work
I bought it for a 2019 Honda civic. It worked fine, as I am using it as my backup key. But the trunk button was not able to be programmed, according to the locksmith that programmed and cut the key.
