Highly recommend this mouth piece as a way to lessen or eliminate deep snoring. They take a little getting used to as using them can shift your bite for a few hours after removing them in the morning, but I find that it corrects itself quickly. I recommend not biting too hard when you set your bite in the gel as it can make the gel splooge out too much. I use this device every night.

I think this is a great idea BUT, "Size: Woman" doesn't work. At 5' tall and petite, my mouth is too small. Please develop some type of downloadable form so that a person can cut out the size they think they will need and bite down on it. Or. Put some dimensions out that can help people. You need more sizes.

I bought this specifically as it was marketed as a women's size. While the product is a good-faith attempt to meet a need, and made with quality materials, it is too big for her mouth and is unusable.

My wife purchased this device as snore guard not reading the warning in the above product details. While the appliance worked well to stop snoring, it made the TMJ worse by pulling the mandible out of the joint repeatedly then still clenching all night displaced the jaw joints on both sides and now need extraordinarily expensive treatment for jaw displacement. Heed company warnings. Also the TMJ specialist says these otc devices can actually cause TMJ if you've not had it before.

This snoring aid works pretty well. It definitely cut down on the snoring, but you can still hear loud breathing at times. It fits well and is not too uncomfortable to wear all night, however, it did leave my jaw a little sore in the morning, but it didn't last long. Definitely keep it really clean because it does tend to smell bad every single morning so it needs to be thoroughly cleaned every single morning which take a couple of minutes is all. They do sell a cleaner separately that I don't really like because of the slight chemical taste it leaves on the mouthpiece so I have been cleaning it with toothpaste & toothbrush and then soaking in listerine for a few minutes before I put it back in it's case to dry and be ready for bedtime again. All in all, it does cut down on snoring and it's been helpful for us. It has not made it go away completely, but a huge improvement. The biggest complaint is that sometimes breathing is too loud.
