The capacity is too small as well the build is vey flimsy, and light may not last even a few months. capacity of about 15 to 20 ltrs could be adequate for an average household daily waste. A sturdy and heavy duty design would had been appreciated. The vendor seems to be more interested in money making as well Amazon seems does not support if by mistake if back to back an order is placed, which is very unfair, I had got delivery of my first consignment on 01st June 23 upon opening found that the capacity was too small , so I wanted to order a higher capacity and on 1st June night by mistake ordered the same size again. on reviewing i realised having ordered the same product which I wanted to cancel under the head item booked by mistake, on 02 June Morning, a message even flashed that refund would be given in two to three days, but seems later Amazon did not register the same and delivered repeat item on 05th June, captioning not returnable. Errors happen what is bad that the system driven working at Amazon does not allow you to correct which is not a fare practice. I wish Amazon would take note of this, amend if possible by return of the item. On 10th July Shri Rahul S. of Amazon over phone call was very attentive in listening and understanding that a duplicate was ordered by mistake when trying to order for a bigger capacity, and that return confirmed over my email by amazon had some issues. it was nicely resolved to my full satisfaction by Amazon. Thank you Amazon and thank you Rahul. Persons like you will always deliver customer satisfaction at Amazon. Keep it up.
