I was skeptical but…
Great size/ value for the price! I went with the unflavored so I could easily mix it in with whatever I’m drinking. (Usually with tea, pineapple juice my other pre workout, or just water) tastes great and bit gritty at all, I would say the strength and effectiveness is reliable since I recently had bloodwork drawn and my doctor said my creative levels were high ( which is not a bad thing) highly recommend for cognitive function strength training and recovery

solid creatine product
Pretty good product, the only problem is that it doesn’t dissolve that well & the taste is not so good. It supposedly is to taste like nothing but it tastes pretty bitter to me & its very sandy. otherwise that, it’s pretty good and it works

Dissolves well
Mixes well. Last 25-30% of container is a little awkward to scoop (small opening) and can cause a bathroom trip (all mono does that to me) but overall satisfied with athletic support. Can’t say I notice any mental improvement?

Great creatine
Easy to mix and has no flavor. Exactly how I like my creatine! I take this twice per day once in the morning and once at night. For the price, it can’t be beat!

Price per ounce in listing is inaccurate. Advertise $0.05/OZ. SHIPPED PRODUCT COSTS $1.42/OZ I use other upnourish products, typically good value. I guess I was expecting a super deal and a big container.
