UPDATE: 3 months later and I’m still loving this table. I use it almost every day. I’m amazed at how sturdy and comfortable it is. If you need a table, this is the one to get! This table is exactly as advertised. Easy to assemble and very sturdy. It’s the perfect height off the ground for me. Has under table storage. I love it. I’m in physical therapy and it was wonderful doing the home exercises on this table this evening versus having to get up and down off the floor. The included pillow is comfortable. In the photo below, I added another thin pillow and laid my yoga mat on the table for convenience and additional cushion. The actual table top is thick and firm, just like we need. The quality of this table is amazing. I’m so happy I chose this table and highly recommend it.

I love it. I have two days at physical therapy using their table, then I do rehabilitation the rest of the week for my new knee at home. Well worth it and speeds up the healing process greatly. Surgery date was April 27th 2026.

Very solid and comfortable. My wife uses this to do her PT exercises, and she does use a foam padding to soften a bit. Size is perfect, easy to assemble for two seniors.

I love this table. I am 77 years old. I always did things like crunches, bridges, leg lifts, etc., on the floor, but this makes exercising so much more inviting. I inevitably forget something I want, be it an exercise band or water, and getting up from the floor is getting much more difficult at my age. I am working out twice as often since I got this table. it is wide enough, longer than necessary, and a perfect height. Not difficult to put together, but the legs do not screw into the top so you have to screw in the rack to hold them together and then get the very heavy top onto them or you have to lay the heavy top upside down on the ground, but the legs into position and then hold them in place while you turn the whole table right side up. You cannot do either of these things alone. It is a 2 person job.

The overall construction of the model BM-1074 is satisfactory, but it doesn’t appear that the manufacturer provides any method to attach the legs to the mat section other than the pipe inserts on the bottom of the mat segment that the legs slide into. Without a way of fastening the bottom leg section to the mat ... you can’t pick it up to move it without the bottom leg section pulling off. Slide? Maybe, but it’s rather large and heavy and too cumbersome to deal with unless you have help, and my 3 dogs have proven themselves to be of little help around the house unless it’s to notify me it’s time to feed them. I called the telephone number for Factory Direct Wholesale LLC (several times and during normal working hours) which is noted on their warrant card to get assistance with the product and ... no answer. I then pulled up Factory Direct Wholesale LLC on the Better Business Bureaus’s website and checked their profile. Ehhh! So I’m on my on. Again, the product itself appears to be stout and should provide me a method of floor exercise without getting on the floor (being 71 and wearing a below-the-knee prosthesis makes getting up from a prone position on the floor considerably more difficult than for 2-leggers, even without the dogs licking my face) so I’ll do something like drilling a small hole through each leg and its insert and placing a sheet metal screw in all 4 legs. Something the manufacturer failed to do.

The issue was that it was missing the hardware to assemble it. The phone numbers in Amazon for customer support are not valid or the person answering is lying. I ended up purchasing the hardware at home depot which added an additional $30+ dollars. Once assembled, it is of excellent quality and comfortable. Lowering and raising the head can be challenging, there are no knobs to hold on to and both sides need be pulled to make the adjustment.

I have had this product for about 6 years. Product is sturdy and durable. Lightweight but is built to sustain more than 300 pds. This was a good find.

Bought for my 70-year old mom who needed a table to practice her physical therapy exercises. She can't get down on the floor so this has been a great help. She loves it and now more consistently does her exercises, which is improving her mobility. I would highly recommend.

These are good I bought 2 and they have worked well for 2 years now for acupuncture and massage. Some of the fasteners came loose so just tighten them all when you receive them. The head piece is cheap compared to the tables so that's the weakest link. Otherwise great

The table is not very stable and does lot of noise when it comes to deep tissue massage
