Microwave Heating Pad - Moist Heat Warm Compress for Back, Neck and Cramps | Removable cover

This is my second purchase of an Iowa Corn Baby heating pad. The high-quality cloth and removable cover are exceptional in stitching and durability; no leakage of contents. It comes to temperature quickly in the microwave, then just shift it in your hands to finish distributing heat. There is a generous amount of fill to stay in place, hold heat and encompass sore back muscles. I use it in chairs and sometimes in the car, moving it from side to side. Also, I put it in bed every night, year-round, to "shim" my injured spine so I can relax and sleep. During the night I subconsciously move it to the other side of my back as I shift positions. In the Colorado winters I even put it at my feel to warm them, initially, then move up to my back, hip, shoulder or whatever needs some cuddling therapeutic "love". I tried other brands prior to this and found corn holds heat the longest and is warm all night. Floppy, underfilled bags don't stay in place & have blank areas of coverage. Overstuffed are too rigid and hurt sore muscles. Iowa Corn Baby has this figured out, perfectly! By the way, I'm from Waterloo, Iowa, so I know the corn-fill has got to be the best!! Love this heating pad, It heats up quickly in the microwave and really helps relieve pain. It’s soft, comfortable, and the size is perfect, I gave it to my parents as a gift and they loved it.

This is perfect for me. I want to order a larger size. I love the ease of use and I only have to put it in the microwave for 1 minute I use this size for my lower back and my knee. Hoping the company has other sizes. This Heating bag doesn't smell funny and it's easy to adjust for; Neck, Back, Knees, Feet, just about anywhere on the body. It's very soft and you can use it Hot or Cold. I will be buying more of these. Very well made.

I have ordered two of these Iowa Corn Baby heating Pads for me and sent two to my stressed business executive son. I can heat them in the microwave or they also will absorb my body heat. I appreciate the removable washable cover which doesn't shrink with repeated washings. I like the size and the weight of the pads which ease my aches and pains and use them every night. Thank you!

In just the first use, I'm happy to say this will be a welcoming new routine to help sooth my older dog's tight back each morning. The bag is about 4 pounds, so at first I thought the weight of the pad was going to be uncomfortable for my pup. I also wasn't sure how well it would heat up or stay warm. However, after 2 rounds of 30 seconds in the microwave, the pad is nice and warm but can be safely removed and held. You can shake the bag up between microwaving rounds to even out the heat. I applied the pad across my dog's back, and within a few minutes he was fast asleep. I'm really hopeful this will help relieve some persistent knots he gets along his spine. I did not notice any smell from the bag after heating. I also appreciate that this is made in the USA, and that the cover is soft and a nice sage green color.

I have always made my own using white rice as a filler with denim or thick fabric. I realized I was is quick need of a new clean one because I was having knee replacement & would not have time to sew. This came quickly and I love the fact there is the most wonderful, green velvety soft cover that can be washed and protect the inside bag from getting wet or damaged. I think itis durable will hold up as well as my hand made rice bags. The smell faded quickly and even though instructions say not to use oils, I am a DoTerra Essential Oil user so put lavender on the outside cover and have not had a problem. I love this corn baby & appreciate the fact it is from a Mother/Son business in the USA. Thank you so much! Quick & easy to use - perfect size - very well made - and even though I use an ice machine for the recovery, I like the fact it is versatile and can be used as an ice pack as well. Thank you! Very nice heating pad. Warms up quickly in microwave at a minute to 90 seconds! Stays hot! Good size.

Love this heat buddy!!! It's so perfect or my painful arthritic hands!! Soft and cozy warm. The big plus is that you can take the beautiful cover off and wash it!!!
