I was skeptical, but this tea really helps! I get bad acid reflux at night. I was on omeprazole for over a year, but stopped taking it for health reasons. Of course my reflux immediately returned. I thought I would have to turn back to the meds, but one cup of this tea before bed, and I go all night without reflux and wake up without it too! Eating certain trigger foods will still cause problems during the day, so for me, the tea doesn’t prevent irritating foods from causing flare ups, but it does get rid of the nightly reflux I would get everyday regardless of what I did/didn't eat. The tastes is pleasant. Mostly like chamomile. I add a bit of sugar to mine.

I was the skeptic when it came to this tea working. I take two OTC heartburn pills each morning for a total of 40 mg. Throughout the day I easily get heartburn with simply drinking water. Once, eating one single Cheezit cracker had me up ALL night throwing up acid. I've used this tea for two nights in a row. This stuff works like crazy. The first night I had all my trigger foods of water, chocolate, spicy chips and drank a high proof bourbon expecting to be up all night. I debated drinking the tea before bed or waiting until the middle of the night when I had heartburn to make it. I opted for drinking it before bed. I didn't wake up once and I even slept better I believe due to the chamomile. I will be ordering more and/or learning to make my own. The taste is actually great! If you are debating this, do it. I have found the value for the money with this tea. I am working about the size of the package though and if I want to drink a cup each night before bed or not. The size is questionable but I am a fan of this!

I can't believe how well this tea works. I have a hiatal hernia and have reflux after virtually everything I eat. This tea really calms everything down. I love it. I'm on my 2nd bag now.

I bought this for acid reflux but not sure it’s helpful. The flavor is good, mostly chamomile I think which is suppose to be good acid reflux anyway. For the price difference, I think I would just buy chamomile tea, just as good.

I’m not big on leaving reviews but this is worth every penny and thousand stars!! I have liver and kidney issue so long term use of prescription or over the counter pills is very harmful to me. This provides relief first day of use! I have severe acid reflex to point of choking this has stopped it !! I have now set for auto delivery NEVER STOP MAKING IT PLEASE!!!! Reuseable tea bags is better option for daily user like me!! You will not regret trying it! Game changer for me !!! Grateful!

Taste great! A good addition to my Gerd / Reflux regiment. Will not heal you, but definitely smth to consider adding as a substitute to tea, coffee.

Reflux tea is awful. Tastes like you are drinking dirty salty dish water. Very expensive for what you get. Can’t tell if it is effective because it tastes so awful it made me nauseous. Bought it to get rid of my constant nausea. Do not buy!
