Great product, but items were missing
Very well designed and thought through product. Initially had to return the item since the box was damaged and ordered a replacement. Reducing the stars since some items (badges) were missing in the replaced order. It is trivial but never the less needs to be looked at to ensure customer experience.

This is complete fraud. There was no diary only and the package was in a bad sorry state . Alicia - hope you’re seeing this - you are Killing your brand. Such pathetic product logistics . And you call it a gifting item!

i m fan of alicia souza and have been buying products since 5/6 years but this tym baby box came without the journal and the box is damaged but the product is amazing .
