I am very happy with the overall quality and freshness of these raw Brazil nuts. They have a wonderful, natural taste, and the size of the nuts is impressively large and consistent, with almost no broken pieces in the bag.From a healthiness perspective, these are an absolute powerhouse. Because of their high selenium content, eating just one or two nuts is enough to hit your daily requirement, meaning the bag will last you a very long time.The only minor drawback is the value for money—they do feel a bit pricey compared to standard nuts. However, because the health benefits and quality are definitely there, I am okay with paying a little extra. A great, healthy addition to a daily routine!

I have been eating these for two years now, so I have ordered a lot of these bags of Brazil nuts. I ate 2 a day for two years, as a selenium supplement. They contain a lot of selenium, supposedly 1 nut has 100% RDA of selenium. They are a food, so the selenium absorbs well. Apparently, I got to the point where I was consuming too much selenium. Anyway, I have recently had to pause eating them due to mild selenium excess (mild selenium toxicity). I will reduce the quantity, but continue to eat them.These nuts are good tasting, always seem fresh, and clearly potent with selenium. I have never had a bad bag, no spoiled or rancid nuts. They've always been good, and good quality. I store them in my refrigerator after opening them.

These are raw, as they note on the package. I remember them tasting not so good as a kid but as an adult, I actually like the nutty taste. They really aren't so off putting anymore. I eat 2 a day for thyroid health. It may be too soon to see a difference but they're a fun snack & buying them raw means I can toast them if I want & still keep them salt free for the win! The condition on the package was great. New, no damage & the nuts seem whole though I haven't made it to the bottom yet. I'll definitely buy from this seller again
