Item arrived on time, and the triangle portion is a great. However, the climbing board/slide arrived damaged. The box wasn’t damaged, so that means it came damaged from the manufacturer. I tried to reach out to customer support for a replacement board, but I was told by Amazon that we would need to take the entire triangle apart and return the whole thing in its original packaging if we wanted a replacement. I was really hoping to just get a replacement climbing board/slide, as the triangle is great and my daughter already loves it. I searched high and low for a way to contact the seller directly, but after 30 minutes of searching, I kept getting redirected to Amazon customer support, who continued to tell me I would need to take it apart and return the entire thing. Such a disappointment after paying $100 for a damaged item.

My almost 2 year old has been climbing on EVERYTHING so I figured I'd give this a shot and she loves it! She slides on it for hours and loves being able to go up and down. She is no longer climbing on things she shouldn't be. We had it assembled in 15 minutes as well. Definitely worth the purchase.

I liked this piece and was having an easy time putting it together, until the end when I realized the piece that attaches to the knob is missing. I'm trying to get ahold of the seller to get these pieces or at least what I need to get it myself at the store. If all the pieces were actually included I would give this item 4 stars.UPDATE: This seller was very quick to respond to my issue and sent me the pieces I needed at no cost to me. The legs are a bit uneven so it wobbles, but nothing a little sanding can't fix!

The product is great but it came damaged. I’m not sure how to contact the seller about this. Hopefully it can be replaced otherwise I will have to return.

Some of the legs won’t fit inside the holes, like they were cut too short. Poor craftsman ship with the bolts they put inside they legs. Definitely not worth $125

Was very excited about this product, we had been searching and waiting awhile to buy one we felt confident with. We went ahead with this climber. Considering the price, I expected this to be excellent quality. As soon as it was built and my son used it once- the veneer peeled off the slide base. This is not a simple fix for me to do.Already built and put together- cannot return.Just a buyer beware! 😔

I was a little disappointed, when this first arrived, as the ramp/slide that was pictured in the advertisement is much longer than what I actually received. I sent some pictures to the seller to show them the difference in length, and they were super responsive and reasonable to help me come to a solution.Overall, the triangle is great, and the ramp is good, however, I do wish it was a bit longer. The seller was great to work with, and said that they are working on fixing the issue with their factory. Very happy with my experience overall because the seller was so responsive and helpful! Can’t wait to see my little guy climbing around on this!

This product should have been very easy to put together. If it was made correctly. I had to use wood glue and other materials to make it work. The holes were not drilled right, the screws got stuck inside . Just a mess. I had to spend more money to buy things to put this thing together.
