I’ve been using this vitamin for a long time, and my annual bloodwork has always looked good. The flavor isn’t bad either, definitely better than any fish oil I’ve tried. Personally, I prefer the mint flavor over the citrus. You may experience some aftertaste or burps for a bit, but I’ve found that chugging some water helps, and I usually don’t notice it for more than 5-10 minutes. Capsules are small and easy to swallow. I take just one. The texture is nice. I can’t say I’ve noticed any changes in energy or duration, but I like that the ingredients are humane. Overall, I’m very happy with it and will continue using it!

Great vegan omega supplement! I love that it comes in a glass bottle and has absolutely no fishy smell—actually smells pleasant. The capsules are easy to swallow, and there’s no aftertaste. It feels good knowing no fish were harmed. Clean, high-quality product and I would definitely buy again.

There are very few vegan omegas in the US & I've tried many of them. This is the first one that didn't have any side effects. Even though it's made out of algae, the others had a fishy taste & smelled like the ocean.. I'm sensitive to smells & even though the peppermint smell is very strong, it doesn't have a strong aftertaste like the mint used to mask coffee breath. I also have a sensitive stomach & it didn't make me burp (like the other vegan ones). The mint really seemed to keep my system calm & happy.. Love this & will buy again! Wish the Omega content was higher as it only delivers half of what I'm supposed to take. Would love to have Omega 6, 7, & 9 included to make it complete.

I’ve used several different types of vegan omegas. Although this is a bit pricier, I like the size better (a bit smaller) and the peppermint smell is nice. I take omega mainly as a recommended supplement for vegetarians.

These are great quality Omega 3 supplements. I love the minty taste. I would highly recommend this to anyone, vegan or not. :)

These softgels are easy to swallow because of their small size. I love that they have a refreshing mint flavor instead of a fishy taste. Great vegan Omega-3 supplement!

Love the Sapling products in the glass jar. I wish they would bring back the women’s multi vitamin.

Love this product. The capsules are nice n small so even my 3yr old daughter will swallow them!

I'm on my second bottle of this now and it's a great value vegan omega 3 (compared to some of the competitor products, which can be quite expensive!) I love that the company is looking after the environment too with a tree planted for each bottle sold.
