I've lost a significant amount of weight and got these to help with my loose skin. It seems to be helping tighten things up. Overall, my wrinkles are much less noticeable, my nails don't break easily, and my hair is growing fast. I think they help my joints too, because my knees don't creak when I squat like they used to, and they don't hurt. I love the convenience of capsules, and that these have all the collagen types I'm looking for. Great product.

Since getting older keeping healthy skin is important for me. While I can't help getting older I don't have to give up taking care of myself to prevent getting old. No scent or taste- on the bigger side but easy to swallow. Couldn’t beat the price. It hasn’t been long enough yet for me to see any results but I purchased this mainly for my skin and joints.

I can't tell you if this works on not.. I used the bottle but I has NOT help me with going to the bathroom. But my adult acne is so much better.

I really like the price of this product, you get high quality collagen that is of a variety of different kinds of collagen. This supplement has collagen types I, II, III, V, and X which is what I was looking for. Other collagen supplements with different types of collagen seem to be way more expensive and other similarly priced collagen supplements offer just one type of collagen. I also like that the collagen was sourced from a variety of different sources like bovine, chicken, and marine. Marine collagen in the one source I prefer, but I like the varierty on this product also.
