Just measured. Mine has been washed before. 18 x 7 The ties were each 24 3/4 long. Each pocket is 9 x 4 1/2.

Q: Is the overall dimenson really 7.7 x 6.3 x 0.8? looks like each pouch might be that size.

Each pouch is roughly 9" wide and 5" deep and 2" up to the belt

Q: What is the tie strap and boarder of the apron made of? It looks more like a nylon material.
