One happy wife!
It works wonderful and feels great on my feet!!!!!!!!! My old dog is loving it too!!!!! My husband put it in and said the floor was perfectly level until he put it in and then had to level again. The marble we put in over it feels so good, I am one happy wife.

get an exact measurement of the room size and then deduct about 5% from the purchase size...
great product. very well boxed. lays down good and east to work with....also easy to change layout if needed.....very, very good price point....sizing needs to be more exact

Works great and versatile.
I purchased this product years ago and it's worked great for me so when it was time to install another heated mat in another location I found my original order so I could buy it again. Great product and versatile in application.

Buy a size smaller!
Important to note, I didn't see it listed anywhere in the description, but you cannot re-terminate the heating coil wire, so if you buy it too large, you're kinda SOL. It says it in bold in the install instructions, but doesn't seem to be anywhere on the amazon page. Buy a size smaller. Otherwise good kit, test notes are great, very easy to read/comprehend, and install is super simple.

Really easy to set up. Used under tile and under vinyl plank flooring. The thermostat works well. Floors feel good to walk on in winter. super warm.

Defective set screw on wall control
overall this product met expectations except for the wall control has a defective set screw in the bottom that doesn’t allow you to mount the face plate on. The screw is locked up so tight that it cracked the plate when I tried to loosen it. I’m an experienced installer and this very unusual.
