Good quality multivitamin that works
Really feel a difference when I take a good quality multivitamin and can really recommend these by tonic health. The taste isn’t unpleasant and dissolves well. I get the raspberry and lemon. I never suffer with minor illnesses such as coughs colds and flu when taking these consistently.

Healthy and great tasting
I couldn’t tell you if they work but I dissolve one of these in a glass of water each day. Good taste, makes me feel as though I’m adding some goodness into my body, with all the vitamins and minerals. No sugars, natural; worth a try at a great price.

Brilliant product, great seller.
I've not had so much as a cold in two years and it's since take ng this product daily. I was happy to find this on Amazon and I highly recommend it. Seller was and is faultless.

I bought these to try and give my immune system a bit of a boost during the winter months. The good points are that they taste quite nice; the raspberry and lemon flavour is pretty refreshing and much better than some of the overly artificial ones out there. However, it does have a slightly weird tang or tinge to the aftertaste which is a bit off-putting. I’ve been taking them for a couple of weeks now and I can't honestly say I’ve noticed any major improvement in my energy levels or general health. I haven't got sick either, but I can't be sure if that’s down to these tablets. They are fine as a nice tasting supplement, but I haven't seen the big results I was hoping for

Great tablets
I find these a great way to start the day. They are not too bitter or gritty unlike others I’ve tried before. I usually take mine with sparkling water which makes me feel like I’m having a fizzy drink. I do feel like I have more energy after taking them. I would recommend these tablets.
