Apple AirPods Pro Wireless Earbuds with MagSafe Charging Case (Renewed)

Best bang for your buck. I like the option of getting a refurbished set. The first set I got didn’t work very well when it came to the speaker. Anytime I used them on a phone call there was a constant whistle the person on the other line would hear and my voice sounded far away. I put in a claim and returned them with ease and this pair work perfectly. I love the noise canceling while I’m working in an office, I can block out everyone else talking/noise. The noise transparency is great when I’m out on a walk and need to be aware of my surroundings. I don’t care for the spatialize stereo and I find it uses up the battery quicker. The major downside of the AirPod pros is the battery life on the case. I do have to charge it everyday but the headphones I can usually get 7 hours of use on one charge. If you don’t care to have all the latest technology, I would 100% buy these. They last a very long time.

Let’s start the list with what WASNT wrong with this order- it’s MUCH shorter. The AirPods arrived when it said they would. That’s it. That’s the list. Now, on to why I rated these one star and wish I could rate them as lower. They came to me in a small cardboard box that was unmarked. Fine, I get it they were refurbished. But not even a little bit of bubble wrap to keep them broom banging around the entire time they were in transit? I work for fed ex I know how stuff gets knocked around. Came with a charger cord which is cool except it was a usb-c and I ordered a pair of lightning port AirPods sooooo yeah. The sound quality was what you would expect if you took a tin can, tied a string to it and had someone scream into it from another tin can tied to the other end of the string. I tried to have a conversation with my husband and he could register approximately one out of every 4 words I said. When he spoke, it sounded like he had a mouthful of dry crackers. So the sound quality was trash. None of the controls on the pods worked. Volume? Nope. One push mute? Also nope. I went into the app to make sure *I* wasn’t the problem and also nope. So that was a fail. The battery also was terrible. Two hours max per pod. This is my third set of pods (I’m on my phone A LOT) and I’ve never seen battery deplete so quickly. Not only that but there was NO WARNING before they just died. Normally you get two heads up warnings that your battery is depleting. Not so with this pair. After 2 hours of use just BOOM dead. So mid conversation I had to scramble to remember where I had left my phone or while I was at work I had to stop what I was doing to change out the pod. Just a mess all around. I had gotten a refurb phone so I thought this would be a great way to save a little bit of cash while also cutting down on electronics waste but this was just trash from one end to the other. And let’s not forget the return procedure. It used to be a simple act of taking them to one of the return places in my area. Drop them off, get my money back. Simple. Now, I have to box them up, print a label and BE HOME for UPS to come get them. What a headache, since as I said I work for fed ex M-F. I’m heading to Best Buy to get a new pair of these and give myself a break from this whole trashy experience.

These worked absolutely perfectly! No hiccups at all! Mine had no sign of use that i could tell, they were cleaned up beautifully. There comfy, 10/10 sound and noise cancellation! Fit very well, light weight, paired immediately with no problems! Versatility is so good! Overall a very good price for a very good product. (Also came with a nice charger) 😊🩷

Was a bit skeptical at first to purchase only because airpods are so delicate and I was afraid one of the earbuds would stop working. But both are still working perfectly, the little light that comes up when you plug it into charge has gone out a few times tho. Other than i would recommend. Sound quality is very good and its worth the price

Dear Amazon Customer Service, I am writing to report a significant issue with a recent order for Apple AirPods Pro The Product is Faulty: • The right AirPod does not work at all. After a full charge and a successful connection, no sound comes out. The device repeatedly prompts to "Make sure both AirPods are in ear" for the right side, despite it being correctly positioned. • The left AirPod and the charging case had extreme difficulty connecting initially, taking several hours and multiple attempts. Furthermore, the unit keeps randomly disconnecting entirely. • I have previously purchased this exact item without any issues, but this specific unit is clearly defective. Shipping and Delivery Issues • The order was delayed by two days past the initial estimated delivery date. • The item was not shipped on time, and I only received shipping and tracking information after I contacted Amazon myself to inquire about the status. I was informed the system hadn't flagged the delay. I paid a premium price for a working product and was also promised timely delivery, neither of which I received. I am requesting either a full refund or an immediate replacement of the faulty AirPods.oh and before I forget the photo of the QR code says it’s a warranty for 1yr but it’s for some kind of camera which I didn’t purchase a camera it was AirPods so how could I sign up for it when I don’t have the camera make that make sense..😡it made me pick a star which this product is not worth the highlighted orange ink

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m very happy with these Apple AirPods. The sound quality is clear and balanced, with great bass and crisp vocals. They connect instantly to my devices and the battery life lasts for hours. The fit is comfortable for everyday use, whether I'm listening to music, watching videos, or taking calls. The microphone quality is excellent, and the charging case is compact and convenient to carry. Overall, these AirPods are easy to use, reliable, and definitely worth the purchase.

Apple has overall amazing products, however, the AirPods could definitely use an upgrade. First starting with the battery, other brands have a long battery life, well beyond 4-5 hours, they could improve the type/life of the battery. Also, the GPS locator in FindMy needs to be improved as well. I had another pair that I put an air tag on it just so I could find them in my house or car. The locator for individual AirPods doesn’t make sense. It plays a sound, but you can only hear them if they’re in your ears. If they’re going to play a sound, it needs to be loud enough to hear it pinging from another room. In addition, if you try to ping one they both go off, defeating the purpose of locating one AirPod if they are separated. Also, Siri voice command doesn’t respond all the time, she seems confused. IMO I think they’re a bit overpriced to be lacking in their features. I want to use them due to the compatibility with the other products and I want to love them more, but I’m frustrated and annoyed with them more than I’m not.

To preface this, I have never had a problem with refurbished apple items before and these are not the first set of AirPods I’ve owned. I received these AirPods on time and was really excited about it. When I opened them, they were not in an apple box but that was not a huge problem. I received them early in the afternoon which is important info for later. I try for 20 minutes to connect the headphones to my phone and they WILL NOT PAIR. I charge them and decide to try later, meanwhile, I have them with me ALL day and unable to use them. Later that night I decide to play with it and see if something changed. Nothing changed so I called apple support and they were unable to help me. 30 minutes later I get a TRACKING notification. THESE AIRPODS HAVE MAPPED OUT MY ENTIRE DAY!!! Apparently the previous owner did not release/remove the device from their Find My. Called Apple Support again, they told me that I had to go through Amazon and Amazon has to contact the seller and they may or may not remove it… Apple cannot override this! This is a MAJOR INVASION OF PRIVACY!!! This never even crossed my mind that this could happen! I’m still stressed out about this whole thing. They have the location of everywhere I was that day including my HOME! It could’ve been a simple mistake but still… Thankfully I was able to start a return.

Fallo el cable de carga no alimenta. Los audifonos tienen mas grande su parte que va en el oido. El orifico de los oidos es mas pequeño.

Compre unos AirPods Pro con la garantía de que iban a funcionar. Cuando recibí el producto me di cuenta de que un audífono no funcionaba. Solicite la devolución pero con los gastos de envío eran muy altos. Trate de comunicarme con la empresa para buscar alguna alternativa y jamás respondieron. Pésimo servicio. No los compren.

La cancelación de ruido no funciona adecuadamente.
