great product - truly recommend
I needed a fly/insect screen for my bedroom and this item did a great job! It was easy to install - me and my husband done it very quickly. To stick it perfectly, better do to it in 4 hands. Great value for money as well, would buy again for other rooms.

Takes time to put up but looks and works great
Great kit, really poor instructions (misspelt, whole sentences do not make sense) and it takes a bit of time to install but the finish looks great and it works well. The magnets are strong, the corners help to add to the strength and the “wind clips” (still no idea what they are according to the instructions) I have found useful to add to the frame where the window handle is. Maybe that is what they are for but who knows. As long as you buy a size larger than your window frame, it is completely customisable to your window size. It’s only been up a day or so and so difficult to gauge how it will fair over time but for now it looks and works great.

Easy for installation.
Instructions method is not very clear. It looks good, but how long is going to last I do not know. I hope to works well .Good size, adhesion.

Fully met expectations
I purchased this for a non-standard sash window in the hope that fewer bugs would come through the open window and over the summer months it would allow the window to be left open during the day without the risk of birds coming in which they had a tendency to do quite often before.I was wary that other reviews were consistently critical of the instructions, and although I will admit the supplied instructions are minimal, to me at least, they seemed relatively straight forward. However, what was more useful was that I was able to find a YouTube video for the same or similar product that provided a step-by-step guide for the whole process. This helped a lot, especially to clarify how the two wind clips are installed, as it is not immediately obvious as to what they are for or where they go.When I took the netting out of the box it had fold markets. In the comments no one seems to mention these as being any problem so maybe when stretched the folds come out but just in case, I gave the netting an iron, with the iron on a cool setting, after gingerly testing a bit to ensure it wouldn't melt. After ironing, the folds were completely gone.If help is available I would certainly recommend two pairs of hands for when fitting the net but it should be possible with one.Once installed, the finished resulted looked good.I like that it is very easy to pull back to open and close the window, and that if necessary the entire installation can apparently be removed without leaving any residue. The magnetic strips are quite strong so I wouldn't expect it to be a problem when it is windy.I am not sure how dirty the screen will get with use but as it supposedly can be washed with a shower head it will hopefully continue to look as good as when it was first installed. My only criticism is that I would have preferred it if the base magnet strip, that are not intended for show, were coloured white and not brown as when I take the screen down over the winter months the base would then blend in with my white window frame and not stand out. I almost want to purchase some more of the white finishing strip so I am able to have a frame without any net just to make it look tidy.UPDATE 15/05/2024I purchase a couple more kits for two other windows, one word of advice would be that if fitting inside a recess, leave a few mm gap between the self-adhesive strip edge and the sides, as when you come to attach the white trim it needs a gap to slide over. One window I didn't do this and it took twice as long than when I left a gap.

One of this years successful purchases
I wanted a screen that would allow me to keep my office window open without constant flys and wasps visiting. Obviously wanted to be able close the window when necessary and also needed it to fit a slightly odd shape. This worked perfectly. It was easy to fit, although needed a little care and attention make sure it was flat and smooth and level. The magnets are not the strongest but when used on all four sides they are enough to hold the blind securely in place even with wind. All in all good product and good value for money.

Better than them cheap velcro ones
I know why you are looking at this I was in the same situation tries so many of them velcro screens but they just kept falling off. This will fix that issue very easy to put up and the adhesive sticks on to pvc perfectly magnets also hold It on tight so it won't come off unless you take it off.My only issue is there is so much access its good if you mess up but honestly if I just had some more of the screen material and everything else I could have done two windows.

Does a good job
Needs two people to install, once you get the hang of what to do it’s quite easy. Stops the flying insects from coming in and the cats from getting out. Bought a second one to do other windows.Would be good if you could just buy the magnetic strips etc without the netting.
