I am getting ready to order these incense cones for the third time. Fragrance is good but not overpowering. I have read thru some of the negative reviews. I have not had any issues that some others seem to have had. The cones burn all the way through, the fragrance fills the room and lasts anywhere from 12 to 24 hours depending on air flow. I am enclosing a picture of the incense burner I use, so that the consistency of the burn is the same for each cone. I enjoy the mixture of fragrances.

When they arrived I was determined to burn 1 of every cone to judge fragrance and intensity. First, not only is the variety of scents amazing but they are all distinctively unique (too many of these "variety" packs tend to smell pretty similar, these don't suffer from that defect). Second, I live in a small 1 bedroom apartment so I lit 1 in the bedroom and then went into my living room. I was surprised that by the time a cone had burned halfway through the scent was evident in the living room-not as intense as in the bedroom but noticeably present. I deducted 1 star for one reason: they're supposed to burn for upto 20 minutes and I found that the maximum burn was about 10 minutes, with no fans or other air circulation in the room. Otherwise I was pleasantly surprised at just how good these incense cones are, the variety of scents and the presence of a couple of metal circular trays for them to be placed on while burning was nice.

I wasn’t sure which ones to go with so I decided to do the 12 assorted box to see which ones I like and I ended up liking all of them. You get more than your moneys worth I was really surprised by how good they smell. I like every single one of them. It’s very pleasant and not too heavy. I have COPD so certain incense take my breath away and these burden really nice. I did not experience that so far with this company all of their incense are wonderful. They could be charging way more than what they charge. This is a super deal

Honestly I didn't have sure opinion on using these cones. But I'm glad I went through and purchased them because these are some unique and interesting sense. Truth be told I'm not much of A meditation guy and any of the calming effects I don't really buy, but when I do light it up looking at it and smelling the perfect fragrances does put me at ease a bit. It's comforting. And it comes in a lot of unique sense. This is the first time I've smelled genuine frankincense that actually smells like it, in the myrrh smells phenomenal. All the plant based incense were the first ones I used, and they all smelled amazing. I wasn't overburdened by essential oils or perfumes, it just felt pleasant. The burn on the incense themselves was very steady and it made a clear clean smoke. It left nothing bad no chunks of uncooked incense either. Though the burn rate is a little bit more different than a stick incense. If a stick incense about 45 minutes of burn this is like around 35. But for those 35 minutes you do get some really therapeutic like aromas and the smoke does help clear my mind a bit looking at it. They have a very good effectiveness in surrounding the room in a soft apparent scent. It lingers for quite a while. I genuinely recommend these over some stick perfumes if you want to change it up a bit. There's some very lovely smells and it's completely different from those oil dipsticks

The HEM incense cones from what I have found so far, about 2 in every individual scent simply don't want to burn properly and continuously stop burning. So that mean about a 10+ percent failure rate on burning. This might be due to to how much oily residue there is in some of these cones. Some of them burn down into nice dry ash. Others leave small puddles of orange liquid residue behind in the burner. Some of them emit rather a lot of the residue from the TOP of the cone as it's burning, so when you remove the lid of your small incense burning and lay it on the table, it drips the orange sticky residue all over the table or whatever surface you have the lid on. Aside from the residue, most of the scents are quite nice. The Sandalwood is by far my favorite, with the Tangerine having next to no smell at all. The white sage, vanilla, coconut, Lavender, Frankincense, Dragon's Blood, The Moon, Myrrh and Lotus all smelled 'ok', but of those, the best were the vanilla and Lotus. The Patchouli had a scent, but it's most likely due to personal preference but it was a bit of a strong, pungent, almost unpleasant smell. I will most likely order larger bundles of individual scents in the future.

Amended review- I received my order in a box labeled Moon and I thought I got all one scent when I ordered the variety pack. When I finally opened it, it WAS the variety one. All my favorite scents. Love them!!! Old review - I ordered the Assorted box but received only one incense cone called The Moon.

Incense were very strong and long lasting, I was surprised at how long the scent stayed after the incense had burned out
