This item is well-made. It fits well inside our Weber. My wife says it is an excellent supplement to her various cooking items.

I love this griddle. Turned my gas bbq into a blackstone. Cooks really well and the nonstick is so easy to clean. Used it for the first time on July 4th. Made 5 burgers, 8 hot dogs and 8 sausages and had room to toast a few buns. Can’t go over 400 degrees but really don’t need to. Browned the meat nicely and was barely over 300 degrees. Love it!

Wow...is this thing heavy and well built. It is the perfect size for my Weber grill, but a good thing I also took some measurements before ordering because no way can you just eye it. I've seasoned it and used it once and it was great. Very easy clean up and will be used regularly. One thing to keep in mind. Once heated up, this is very dangerous to handle because it is radiating heat like crazy and what ever you do, don't use anything plastic on it. I hope to get many years of use out of this and I believe I will.

Working great so far. Found if I close the grill lid and let it warm to about 200 it’s great for cooking eggs, pancakes, and breakfast meat. Leave lid open while cooking.

Excellent quality. Keeps BBQ clean below. The front oil trough keeps the cooking are clean. Clean-up is a breeze.

Study, well made heavy construction. That's where the fun stops. Does NOT retain heat like cast iron cookware. Maybe not true cast iron as others allege, or maybe it's too thin to effectively maintain heat. Case point: Heated to 380F degrees (measured via laser thermometer) on a 52,800 BTU gas grill on high heat. Dropped to 150F within seconds of placing 6 cups of room temperature mixed vegetables on the surface, then failed to return to a reasonable cooking temperature in the process - staying right around 200F. It really just stewed the vegetables. No sear whatsoever. Ended up switching mid-cook to a trusty cast iron frying pan. My car dashboard in the summer sun may be an equally effective cooking surface. Bummer. Had really high hopes for this. Believe the low ratings and skip this "A for effort" but failed product.

Heavy duty, well constructed, looks to be seasoned. Fits my grill. Pleased.

Using in a sandwich shop. It’s very good but will only probably last about 4/5 months. Still worth the money though

Great hot plate, cleans easy while still hot. Cooks food brilliantly especially smash burgers.

The only reason for 2 stars was because it came damaged. Other than that its good value
