This is perfect.
I use this pickling salt. My first attempt at making sweet pickle relish was a success. I used this pickling salt because I trust the brand. I’m so happy with the resulting relish. It thickened up and made about 8 jars of relish. I recommend this pickling salt for your relish.

Good Product
Worked just as needed!! I had some canning to do and it served its purpose. Seemed like a quality product and i use Ball canning jars.

Perfect Pickling Salt
I decided to buy salt that was intended just for pickling. I am not sure what is different about it but I trust the Ball brand and love to make my own half sour pickles. I have made around 10 batches of picks so far with this salt. I am very pleased with the product and would purchase it again when I run out. As you can see from my pictures my pickles remain a beautiful color. I remove them from the solution on day three and they are perfect. I use ¼ cup of salt to 4 cups of water. I added pickling spices and Ball makes a product to make the pickles crispy. I am so happy with the product. I would recommend spending a little extra and trying this product if you like to pickle the cucumbers you grow.

Independent for canning
Every year I can apples, this 3 year I added pickles and spiced vegtables. This helps keep the pi kles crisp and delicious. Better than from the store. Recommend this for anyone who cans, and if you do e try it. The rewards are great tasting.

Worked great pickling
Loved that it left the syrup in the pickles clear and not cloudy. Only reason for 4 stars was due to being a little pricey.

Top quality at top price... Expensive for salt but peace of mind that you are using a quality product is worth the price when preserving food.
