Tasty staple in my cupboard for a quick and easy dinner
I have brought these a few times, great product and price but short dated with just over 2 months to use. Edited this now to add that over a year later and I’ve not had any more issues with use by dates. Amazon tells me I’ve brought this 12 times!! Updating star rating as these really are great to have in the cupboard for a quick and easy dinner (with microwave rice) for those days when you just don’t have time to cook/or can’t be bothered and not too many calories.

Very very tasty
This is so nice I have it every week. For a way to cut down on meat these meals are great. I have all 3 that they do and honestly these are just like fresh food they taste so good and ready in 2 minutes. Then pop a rice in microwave for 2 minutes and your meal is done. I hope you try bcos I couldn't believe how good they are.

Horrible
These are just grim. Gloopy texture, hard bits of corn, unpleasant plasticky taste permeates the entire thing and the balance of spices is way, way off. It's somehow overly-seasoned and yet tastes of nothing. The taste was so overwhelmingly unpleasant that both times I tried to eat it I nearly threw up which is very rare for me. I'd hoped to keep these in the pantry as a backup for when I'm too tired to cook but they'll have to go to the food bank. If I didn't see other reviews saying they liked them I'd have chucked them straight in the bin. Makes me doubt the whole "great taste" awards...
