Yes. They are Basquiat paintings.

Are these work appropriate? Some of his work has profanity and i need them for my office.

There is no profanity on these pieces. And i cannot answer whether an employer sees them as appropriate for the workplace. Each employer could feel differently about how they fit into their workplace. With that being said, these are awesome pieces of art by JMB.

Are these a stretched canvas raised by a wooden or cardboard backing, or a flat sheet of canvas?

No, they are not stretched on s frame. Just the canvas shipped rolled up in a sturdy tube. My first purchase of canvas prints so I am no expert, but I consider them to be excellent quality with vivid colors. I am more than happy with them.

LOVE IT (sorry Basquiat)

When I saw these I knew it would be perfect for what I had in mind. Still decorating, but I am basing my living room design based on this art. I ordered the poster format and a separate picture frame. I thought it would be laminated paper but it came in kind of a plastic mesh which was a pleasant surprise. They look amazing on my wall although I’m sure Basquiat would not approve bc he def didn’t want his artwork mass produced—but I don’t have Basquiat art money!

I had to have them

They look amazing on my well at my entry way. I wish I was able to get them with frames. Overall the price was fair and the canvas feels great. I am happy with the purchase, it helps that the picture quality is great as well.
