This is my second purchase and I see some substantial muscle recovery and growth. It tastes bad but it works really well.

It works. Yes taste is little awful but I add vitamin c adessive tablets and the work it done it tastes good. And don't add in cold water add it in room temperature and then can add ice. It works perfectly gives muscle fullness and doesn't feel exhausted much
