Solid capacitor and still going strong.
I ordered this capacitor as a replacement for my Lennox AC unit, and it worked exactly as expected. It was as per specs, and when I tested it with my multimeter, the readings were well within the stated ±5% tolerance. The installation was straightforward, make sure to cut power first and double-check the wiring labels (C, Fan, and Herm are clearly marked). Once installed, my AC started right up without any issues, and it’s been running smoothly since past 2 months. It’s built to UL and CE standards, and the terminals and casing feel solid and durable. For the price, it’s a fraction of what a local HVAC company would charge just to replace a capacitor. I was quoted 350 with the final offer of $280. Overall, this is a quality, no-nonsense replacement part that does exactly what it’s supposed to. Highly recommended.

Out of spec out of the box.
Arrived new, but out of spec and unusable. Bought a 45/10 and it arrived labeled as such, but when tested it was exactly a 45/5. Totally wrong.

HERM, FAN, and C all easily readable on top. Can't speak to longevity, but out of the box it meets specs according to my cheap multimeter. See pics.

Buy one now and use your working one as a backup!
Why wait for the inconvenience of having a capacitor fail and paying for a service call on a hot day? It won't take you 15 minutes to switch out the old functioning capacitor with this new one and have the backup in the garage. Cheap insurance.
