Really happy and satisfied with this charger.
I am very satisfied with it. The charging speed is noticeably fast โ my phone charges much quicker compared to my old adapter. It works smoothly with different devices at home, and I havenโt faced any compatibility issues. The design is simple, compact, and looks premium. It also feels sturdy and doesnโt heat up during charging. Overall, itโs a reliable, good-quality charger at a reasonable price. Totally worth it and definitely recommended! ๐

Works well until it doesn't. Service experience subjective
This is a good 20W charger I use to charge everything including my phones, tablet, watch, earbuds etc. It works well and can charge 2 devices at once(though this will distribute the 20W into 2 devices). It worked well for me for almost an year till and then today it suddenly stopped working. I was lucky that I had 3 days remaining for warranty so I exchanged it from the service center, which for me was good luck again since the service center is near my home. I don't think there is any service center in north India apart from north Delhi(searchable on google maps) and if you don't live nearby you would have to mail them your device and then they'll mail you your device back. You would also have to email them at [email protected] the images of your device and invoice(bill) to get a ticket which would be used to provide you the service. So keep this in mind while buying any portronic product. But if you can visit service center with your invoice and product, then it's easy.

Worst product ever
Stopped working within 3 months. Tried to claim warranty and they asked me to break the charger into 8 pieces and send pictures. Obliged and sent them, but they stopped responding.

Value for Money Dual Port Fast Charger โ Good Performance
I recently purchased the Portronics Adapto 45 USB Type-C dual output charger and I am very satisfied with the performance. The Type-C port supports fast charging (PD), and my phone charges very quickly compared to my old adapter. The USB port also works well for secondary devices like power banks or other phones. I like that I can charge two devices at the same time, which is very convenient while traveling. Build quality feels solid and premium for this price range. The charger is compact, lightweight, and easy to carry. There is slight warmth when both ports are used together, but nothing unusual for a fast charger. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. Waste product from protronics
Not working properly. I have Samsung Galaxy S 21 Fe mobile. Yesterday night i put for charging for half an hour and its barely charged battery from 51% to 65%. Today morning i put again for half hour and its barely charged 20% to 30% whereas my original can charged 0 to 100% in half hour. So its a waste product.
