This adapter is very good for its cost offers fast charging and also great functionality.

This is a good 20W charger I use to charge everything including my phones, tablet, watch, earbuds etc. It works well and can charge 2 devices at once(though this will distribute the 20W into 2 devices). It worked well for me for almost an year till and then today it suddenly stopped working. I was lucky that I had 3 days remaining for warranty so I exchanged it from the service center, which for me was good luck again since the service center is near my home. I don't think there is any service center in north India apart from north Delhi(searchable on google maps) and if you don't live nearby you would have to mail them your device and then they'll mail you your device back. You would also have to email them at [email protected] the images of your device and invoice(bill) to get a ticket which would be used to provide you the service. So keep this in mind while buying any portronic product. But if you can visit service center with your invoice and product, then it's easy.

The USB C port works erratically. Stops charging a few seconds after charging begins - even tried it with another cable. Worse, this item cannot be returned ( (replacement is only at a service centre - where ever that is)! My advice - stay away from this product. Spend more, even much more, and buy a better brand. Was able to find the Portronics support website. After quite a tedious process of filling in their online form, I received an email promptly. They are now sending me a replacement, os I am pleased.

Is not a fast charger. My iPhones and iPad flag this as a slow charger (I only used type C port). It does charge, but at a slow rate. Build quality is good, but charging with this is furstrating.

As it claims its fast but not so fast it would be really portable if the pins could be foldable, it does not heat up the quality is durable and the fast-charging only works with a fast charging cable
