Ordered to replace work bowl of food processor shown in these photos. Bottom of old bowl had splintered and would not lock down. Received much quicker than expected delivery. New work bowl fit base perfectly and locked down tight. Lid also fits this bowl perfectly. Plugged in to test blade clearance and there was no problem there. Works just like the old bowl. Expensive for a plastic bowl, but much cheaper than a new processor, for which price has increased about 40% over what I paid for mine years ago. I’d say buy with confidence for the model processor shown in my pics.

We were excited to find a replacement work bowl for our DLC 8 food processor but it had to go back.The problem: new design since 1983. Sigh.

My Cuisinart was purchased in 1978. The new bowl does not align with my base. Perhaps it was redesigned over the years??
