Solid After sales Service
The smartlock includes a lot of features. I only had one problem of reverse motion of the lock that was solved immeadatly by the seller. Great lock and would recomment ot my friends

Nice future lock alot of solution but there is no user manual i get every thing ok but I canāt conect it to wifi

Stopped working after 2 months
Have been using it for 2 months now The lock is showing fully charged, but there was an episode where code/card did stopped working for hours. Had to get the manual key to open, was in a very stressed situation. After that, it kept happening more often, to the point that its no longer working anymore. I can only use manual key to open/lock the door

Not suitable for UAE climate
Gets rusted within 2 months by the UAE weather ā not good. Only usable for indoor locks not frontdoor.
