Hiya. Sketchboard Pro is a boutique brand, not mass produced or mass distributed, so cost per manufactured and distributed item is much higher than a big box brand item. We are just a few artists who designed this and made it available. So. did Braintreehouse just assume everyone had rubberized table tops?

For everyone else’s benefit and so this doesn’t go unanswered, it was determined based on the question and through an email exchange that this customer received a model that was missing the silicone non-slip pads on the bottom of their board. We were able to send them replacement pads and all is well now!

Are the legs adjustable? Or does it only sit at one angle?

Hiya. This version of Sketchboard stands at one angle and in landscape or portrait orientation. Can also stand nearly vertically in portrait orientation. Thanks!

Can I get the insert alone to make this work for the smaller ipad pro as well? I have both ipads in my household and don't need two separate boards.

Smaller iPads can sit within the larger insert, however there would be gaps. We do sell replacement kits for each center insert size on our official dot-com shop, so it is possible to have one board that supports multiple sizes. The replacement process does take a few minutes each time as it requires removing some screws (screwdriver included in the kit).
