I recently had a lumpectomy and the ice packs worked great slipped them right under my bra. They stayed colder then the ice pack from the hospital. Several come in the pack do you always have one ready when you need it. I highly recommend this product for anyone having breast surgery.

I used these over and over and by the time I had gone through all of them the first one was again ready to be used. I rapped then in a cloth and each one would last the 20 minutes thst I was to leave them on.

No pesan, ni ocupan, asiq los puedes llevar puestos por casa sujetos hasta con una goma, el frio dura lo suficiente o más, recomiendan 10 min y calcque duran casi la media hora. Para llevar de viaje imprescindibles si tienes alguna dolencia.
