Lots of vitamins and minerals, great start to the day. Also, is quite delicious by itself or with ice and bananas and make smoothies.

Great between meals as well as a fast breakfast. Not a strong flavor but I like it.

The package arrived in time. It contained 6 original Carnation Breakfast boxes, each with 10 pouches. I have been drinking this for years, as a way to get some vitamins in a tasty way. These boxes look and taste as the ones in the store. I am happy I got these ones and saved some money. Thanks

Benn using Instant breakfast 25 years as a substitute for protein shakes. I just use two packets and Milk and it gives you 18 grams of protein. I actually like the taste so much that when I got serious about working out I tried several different sports drink powders and I liked the taste of Instant Breakfast so much I started throwimg2 packets in with a scoop of a sport drink powder which has 25 grams of Whey protein . The combination including milk gives you 43 grams of protein and it still has the flavor of Instant Breakfast.

Please watch my video and it will explain what happened. I only gave them four stars because two of the items in my package were damaged. The vanilla powder was leaking all outside the box it was in, and inside the original box that all six boxes came inside each individual box. I opened all six boxes and two of them had packages that were damaged inside and there was vanilla powder everywhere, leaking all over the place. I do recommend this product, I just recommend that you check your packages for damage. I’m honestly not sure how the bags got ripped like they did because it looks like somebody actually ripped it. It could’ve been ripped upon manufacturing the packaging. That I do not know, but I only lost 2 packs out of 60, so it’s not a total loss. Just check your packages. Good luck

I'm an avid skipper of breakfast, I can't stand to eat in the morning so of course, I've always worried about my health lacking some vital nutrition because of this, I use this product like a coffee creamer with a splash of milk, I get my coffee in the morning with an added amount of nutrition that can take place of breakfast that I refuse to eat. I can't say that I feel any different, but my gut seems to be much happier when I use this product in the mornings vs. the mornings I skip it I can definitely tell a difference. I even use this with my kids, my son is a picky eater and getting him to eat a balanced diet is extremely hard to accomplish, he gets a glass every morning and every night in place of expensive brands made for kids that he grew to hate because it has a bland taste to it. My daughter even uses this when she's on the run and doesn't get a chance to eat breakfast. We all love the taste, it mixes well with cold milk so no chunky parts left in the milk, it does however thicken the milk up a bit so I don't use the recommended 1 cup of milk and instead usually mix 2 to 3 cups of milk to one packet just to keep the consistency a little thinner but that is a personal preference. This is by far the best product I've tried on the market, I keep my pantry stocked with the Classic French Vanilla as my son and myself are not a big fan of chocolate anything. The price is excellent and actually balanced out to be cheaper than some of the competitor's stores that offer the same product when purchased in bulk from Amazon.
