Great for the price
For the price, this Moen shower set is an absolute steal! I was expecting decent quality for the cost, but it completely exceeded my expectations. It looks and feels like a high-end set without the hefty price tag. The finish is beautiful, the water pressure is great, and the controls are smooth and easy to use. It instantly made my bathroom feel more updated and luxurious without breaking the bank. If you’re looking for quality and style at a great price, this is it. Highly recommend!

makes a huge difference
I had to replace the inner valve on a 20-year old faucet in the guest bathroom a couple of weeks ago. I didn't realize just how bad of shape the spout was in until then (see attached photo). I didn't want to replace everything, just the lever and the spout. This looks great and the whole process took only 10 minutes or so (keep in mind I had it disassembled a couple of weeks ago, so anything that had been sticking was not longer stuck at this point). It comes with a shower head that is very small and I didn't use that part. However, they only seem to come in a 3-piece set. This makes the entire shower look newer than it is -or at least less old. Well worth the money if your valve itself doesn't need replacing.

Misleading low quality! First of all when chrome is used to describe a product a customer thinks of real chrome, not plastic or low quality metal chrome colored. Don't waste your money unless you like junk or are a cheap slum landlord who hates their tenants.

Handle does not seem secure
The handle set screw tightens against a plastic piece that engages the valve. The plastic flexes slightly and I have concerns about durability. I have seen replacement trim kits that have all metal parts which will prevent handle movement. I prefer purchasing Moen but suspect the lower price is accomplished by substituting plastic parts. Should have gone to a supply house.

DOES NOT INCLUDE POSI-TEMP VALVE- DESCRIPTION IS WRONG AND MISLEADING
Description of this item is incorrect, it says it comes with Posi-temp Valve. I contacted Moen and they advised this model does not come with the Posi-Temp Valve.
