I bought this for my small business, it works great. Melts fast and I never have any issues with temp. The small pour spout keeps the wax from going everywhere. I have actually scaled up to a larger unit from this same brand cause it works so well and I use this smaller one for wax melts and the 35lb one for my candle wax.

Im new to the candle making but I really liked how fast the wax melted. I love that the pour handle keep the wax warm. Great feature. It is easy to clean when you are finished. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to make candles and more.

Really enjoying the ease of use with this thing. those that are having issues with temperature, my guess is they are either not waiting long enough for it to fully heat up (takes about 15-20 min depending on how full you fill it) or they are not filling the wax to At least the ‘minimum’ line. I have had 0 problems when following the manufacturers instructions. If you are only making a few candles at a time, this product is not for you as there IS a ‘minimum’ wax line - and if you don’t follow that you’re going to struggle with accurate temperatures or possibly burning your wax. Overall - I have loved using this product for the month I’ve had it and haven’t struggled with clogging (again because I have been following the manufacturer’s recommendations). Great product!

Awesome wax melter! It heats up quickly and the pour spout or metal so it’s warm, no clogging. The stream is nice too, no splash back. It makes candle making a breeze! Would buy this again for making candles.

Decided to upgrade my candle wax melting pot to one that I can melt more wax faster and produce more products . I love how it melts multiple wax and also includes melting gel (have not used it for melting gel yet) but works well so far for melting wax very fast and efficient .So far only used it a few times but worked great every time. I have not added my candle fragrance in this pot so I can’t recommend doing it. Also, be-careful setting temps, heats quickly and will burn your wax if not properly set.

The media could not be loaded. I upgraded from a small warmer to this & I'm in love! It arrived quickly, packaged great! Loaded my wax, melted fine, temperature is good. I have used this 3 times now it pours great spout/ handle are good and easy to use! I'm making way more candles easier. Easy to clean. Can't beat the value for the money! Definitely a game changer for my little candle business

I ordered the ToAuto melter for my small candle business. Upon initially receiving it, I had some issues with it overheating. I reached out to ToAuto support and they were very responsive and quickly resolved my issue by sending me a new melter. The new melter works great. It heats quickly, melts the wax thoroughly without overheating and stabilizes the temperature while I work on multiple candle projects. It’s a great product and highly recommended. Thank you to John with Support as well for his assistance in resolving my initial issue. It’s easy to use and great value for the price.

So at first I was worried because there was a clog. I make salve and candles so I was concerned my ingredients were too thick. I contacted customer service and they immediately helped me. They even walked me through every detail so I could fix the problem and stop it from happening again. They made sure I had everything I needed and gave me options to make it up to me. I didn't feel pressured to leave a 5 star review. I'm leaving on because the customer service is phenomenal and the product works.It heats up quickly and efficiently, it can handle a lot at once. I also am excited to finally be able to pour without needing to dirty up 4 more containers to do so. I'm really happy with my purchase and hope to add to the collection when I have enough room to expand my business more!It's also easy to use, especially for someone like me, who has disabilities and issues with their hands. From unpacking to set up, I didn't feel like I had to work hard to actually use this product.I'm really happy with my purchase!
