Several doctors told me the true effectiveness was to wear these devices with shoes- walking. It only helps with compression on the feet. If they fit wo hurting then you have the right shoe size / toe box. I am absolutely delighted with these spacers are truly comfortable that i don't even know I'm wearing. The material is super soft, 'squishy' flexible and not at all irritating. You can even wear them aroud the house with sox on and wear to bed wo sox- so 24/7 comfortable. Fit is excellent andthey don't fall off. I only wish the mfg could offer spacers to be bigger to separate big toe even further. My previous velcro toe 'splint' had to be too tight is was irritating to the skin.

Happy with them. You get 4 pairs and they are one size and they helped my big toe from not overlapping to the second toe! Def worth the buy I was skeptical at first because I didn’t know if the silicone gel like would keep it like away from it but it is and I even wore it with shoes on and no issues! The padding is just right for me. Stretchiness is good too . Comfortable as well.Thickness is just right as well not too thick. Durability so far is good. Would recommend for others with overlapping of their toes.

I have size 7 feet. These fit on my 2nd toe from big toe, nicely at first but does slip towards top of toes sometimes. Otherwise I really like these comfort spacers. I have not tried wearing in shoes yet. I wear it at home and even sleep in it sometimes. But yes they fall off in bed normally. Glad you get a few in the bag. Helps over lapping pain caused by my bunion on right foot. Im glad I got them. Other than needing to push it down so it wont come off sometimes.

ZenToes Gel Toe Separators were recommended for me by my podiatrist. I found them very useful in protecting my smaller toe from my big toe. However, I have toes a bit wider than normal from some surgery and I found the separator much more comfortable when I cut the circle that went around my smaller toe so that it wrapped around the toe instead of slipping over the toe. It still held in place nicely, but the smaller toe was more comfortable when I took the spacer off. Given a fairly small cost, I would recommend anybody have problems with their toes rubbing together to give it a try.

Love it. It prevents my second toe from overlapping my big toe, and it’s comfortable.

My husband has been using it for a couple days now and he really loves the toe spacer. He has a bunion and the spacer helps with pain making it more comfortable to wear with any type of shoes. He has tried it with tennis shoes, dress shoes and soccer cleats and sturdiness and ease of use is just great. He says the stretchiness is great as he doesn’t feel it too loose not too tight. The color is a plus because we picked the skin color and matches his feet.

These are soft and can be worn for multiple hours without discomfort. My issue is that these are one-size-fits-all, not large enough for my size 44 EU -11/11.5 US wide feet. I developed a bunion after a bicycle accident more than 10 years ago, and that pushed my big toe inwards. It resulted in Morton's neuroma. I am returning these as they would be perfect if they came in 2 or 3 different sizes. The FULEEAN 2-Loop Big Toe Separators, which have a double loop seem more effective at keeping my big toe more aligned. The loop is elastic, so I am not sure if it will cause discomfort after some hours. ZeToes, if you are reading, please make these in a larger size, with a thicker separator!

Llevo más de un año probando diferentes piezas para tratar de que el dedo gordo no continúe presionando a sus compañeros del pie y provocando dolor en la zona plantar que me molesta al caminar y sobre todo, al correr, de los dos pies. Con estas piececitas se mantienen bien separados los dedos, son suaves y de momento parecen resistentes. Son prácticas porque al ir anilladas al dedo siguiente no son tan aparatosas como las que van directas al dedo gordo y además, sufren menos roces. Prácticamente llevo cuatro días con ellas y no me las quito más que durante la ducha. Sólo una noche tuve que quitarme una de ellas por molestias mientras dormía, pero el resto de noches nada.
