What a great find!!
I have had Irritable Bowel Syndrome for many years, and when I take bone broth, it is a help. However, making it is just too much of a task, and the powder is clumpy and hard to mix. I would have kept going anyway, but then I did some further reading and realized that the health benefits (of gut health, less joint pain, and detoxification) are only as good as the health of the beef used to make it. Only alternative for some
Chiro says I have herniated disks and the only way to improve outside of surgery is jello and bone broth. Real bone broth is the best but I am no fan of the taste. Thats where these caps come in handy though improvement is not particularly noticeable. (probably due to how serious joint injury is) Price is great and there have been no noticeable side effects
