Results became visible in month 2
I'm 58, and was about 40 pounds overweight. I didn't consume these as directed. Instead, I took two pills every morning. I did't notice anything the first month, but given I had two bottles, I continued to use them. Starting in the 2nd month, I could see a visible difference. By the time I had taken them 3 months, I was surprised at how much weight I had lost. Initially, it was easy to go from 185 to 167. Then down to 152. A few more bottles, and I ended up at 138. I surmise that had I taken them as directed, I may have lost more weight sooner.

Terrible
I had already tried other hair products from this brand, but it doesn't work for reducing abdominal fat and it even gave me anxiety attacks. There's something in this supplement that alters the nervous system; I had two panic attacks with shortness of breath.

The product is easy to use and is a good value for the money. I’m losing weight. The best part it it doesn’t cause stomach issues. I tell my friends about the fat blocker’s effectiveness.

I love this product for helping go to the bathroom more consistently each day number 2. It definitely helps to remove waste from your stomach comfortably. With exercise and diet it will help you lose weight. The reviews saying it did nothing probably didn’t change their current habits in order to lose weight to begin with. It won’t make you lose weight by itself you need to work hard too. My packages have never come broken I’ve ordered a few times.
