Sopito Finger Splint, 3-Size Set for Middle, Pinky & Thumb, Lightweight

I did something terrible to my middle finger. I was using a Mandolin Slicer for potatoes and ended up in the ER instead. A potato got stuck and trying to dislodge it I accidentally sliced part of the side of my finger off. It’s Day 8 and it’s healing, but since I sliced it so deep it still hasn’t closed yet, so I still need to bandage and protect it. I saw these finger splints when I was looking for stretch gauze, but I took a chance on this being a better option, and I’m so happy I did. I can use only a thin non stick gauze over the wound, and instead of winding several layers of stretch gauze over it to protect it as it heals, I am using the brace to do basically the same thing. Using the thinner gauze materials with the brace allows my finger to get better air flow since it’s summer and it’s like a hot box for my finger when it’s wrapped in layers of gauze. Using this brace is so much more comfortable and the brace is very light in weight, but still solid protection. I bought Finger Bandages to pull over my finger to keep the gauze over my wound in place and it’s thin enough that I don’t feel any extra pressure inside the splint. The finger bandage keeps me from coming in direct contact with the foam inside the brace. I don’t have an aversion to the foam, its super soft, I just want to keep it clean so I can continue to use it longer. So far I have not experienced the splint slipping off my finger, I did cover the Velcro with paper tape since I found it more comfortable this way. I’ll keep you updated if it doesn’t work out, but something tells me this is going to work perfectly for me.

Easy to use and several different sizes.

Sizing: Might run a little bit big if you have small hands… I’ve only used the “pinky” splint because it’s the one that best fit my ring finger. My hands are not very small (for being a female) so I would say that these are probably a good fit for almost any ADULT (male or female) with medium build and up. Aside from that these splints are pretty durable and stay in place really well. I did hand wash mine at one point and it held up pretty well.

I like them and they work good but it’s horrible cause they stick together if you have one finger next to the other one broken all they do is sit there and sit together so four stars

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great to Have on Hand! I purchased these first aid supplies to keep at home and take with us when we travel, and I’m really happy with them. It’s one of those purchases you hope you don’t need often, but you’re definitely glad to have when something happens! I’ve already used several items, and the quality has been great. Perfect for keeping at home, in the car, or packed for vacations, beach days, camping, and other outdoor activities. Definitely worth having around for those unexpected little accidents!

BOUGHT THIS FOR MY PINKY THAT CURLS DUE TO RA IN THE MIDDLE JOINT EVERY NIGHT AROUND 2AM WAKING ME UP. HURTS TO STRAIGHTEN IT THEN HURTS THE REST OF THE NIGHT. THIS IS A MIRACLE WORKER! I PUT IT ON AT NIGHT AND WAKE UP WITH A STRAIGHT FINGER AND MUCH LESS PAIN. MAYBE A 2/10 VS A 7/10. THE FOAM IS SUPER SOFT AND CRADLING. I ALSO BOUGHT THE ONE WITH SOFTER SPLINTS AND 3 VELCRO WITHOUT FOAM AND IT IS SUPER ITCHY. GO WITH THIS ONE. FOR $10, YOU CAN'T BEAT IT! ALSO EASY ON/OFF ONCE YOU PUT THE VELCRO WHERE YOU WANT IT SO I CAN EASILY PULL IT OFF IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT WHEN I USE THE BATHROOM. CANT REC HIGHLY ENOUGH

I bought these and was mainly only using the middle size to splint my middle finger at night while I was sleeping. I bought a bunch of different ones and this one was my favorite because it kept my finger the straightest. One major downside is the Velcro wears out really fast and then will not stick properly. I ended up replacing the Velcro with the silicone cord organizers that just happened to fit perfectly. The other major downside compared to the other splint I bought is this was the only one that had exposed metal (the aluminum frame). I did didn’t realize this would lead to a nightmare scenario for me. I ended up falling asleep while watching my iPad, which has nano textured glass. I guess I must have scratched the screen with the splint when I went to put my iPad away. It’s probably isn’t something most people need to worry about, but I figured I would mention it because it was devastating. You can’t polish or buff a scratch out of the nano textured glass the only way to fix it would be to replace the entire screen! If I would’ve thought of this or had any idea, I never would’ve wore that splint anywhere near my iPad. Hopefully this may help someone out there for a similar catastrophe.

Needed a splint for my thumb. This came quickly and is exactly what I needed. The strap makes it adjustable so it should fit people with larger hands. The two additional splints for fingers is a plus.

These are great hard splints with comfortable foam padding and soft Velcro strips. Ideal for broken fingers of all sizes as you can choose the right fit for your finger.

These are good if you have had any sort of hand surgery and need to keep your fingers straight whilst sleeping

Simple to use , bought for two fingers as my joints aren’t what they used to be , caught them a few times got these to prevent my fingers from bending to protect the joints they have helped the swelling go down , comfy to wear you can adjust them

Really useful product, definitely helped protect my daughters finger.

I couldn’t use these. They held the middle knuckle straight but the joint under the nail wa able to move and this caused pain.
