Puritan's Pride Zinc for Acne Skin Formula with Vitamins C, B-6, A, and E

I am pleased by how clear my skin is since i have been taking this product. I don't have acne but the zinc seems to have kept my skin blemish free for many years I taKE IT EVERY DAY.

When I started using this product, I was at my wit's end with my hormonal acne. This saved my face and my sanity! It's a little difficult to swallow, and you should definitely take it immediately after consuming a meal (the nausea is not cute), but just one a day (half a serving size, according to the bottle) solved my issues. This is not for cystic acne, as it says in the product description, but if you have tried all the creams, serums, and scrubs to get rid of acne on your face and want to see if you can get rid of it before trying Accutane, PLEASE take a chance on this one. It's dirt cheap and all you have to do is wait a few days for it to work. It obviously doesn't get rid of any redness, but combined with a good skin care routine this product will work wonders. Only symptom I have noticed is nausea if I don't have enough food/water in my tummy to help digest it. Otherwise, no changes have occurred internally. Compared to how much Accutane dries you out, I don't think it gets any better.

I’m having a few small breakouts, but I think my skin is purging from the product. Overall, I think it’s great for the cost.

I could not possibly recommend a product more. This stuff gave me my freaking life back. Growing up I never really had acne, but i suddenly started getting hormonal acne and it was BAD. I was in so much pain. I would cry looking at myself in the mirror, it was genuinely just really hard on my mental health. I wanted to find any product and try it, before thinking about going on accutane. This stuff is my saving grace. I have had 1 pimple show up since starting this stuff and it was from getting my eyebrows waxed. All of my pimples have gone away, but I am dealing with pretty bad scarring. So my next stop is trying to find a product that helps with acne scarring. Side affects: I have had some pretty rough headache almost every single day since taking this and some days it’s so bad I get nauseous. As well as had some rashes on my neck (I believe is from this product because i have not started any new topical treatments) But I am willing to get through all of that just to not have acne. This stuff truly has made an amazing impact on my life and skin. PSA: Everyone reacts to product’s differently, just because this worked on me does not mean it will work on you, but for $4 I’d say it’s worth a try.

I wanted to give this 5 stars so bad.. I've been taking it for about two weeks now. Two tablets with dinner, every evening. I will say that my skin has cleared up immensely. For the down side, I've been having really bad stomach pain and issues the morning after I take these the night before. So yes, it's clearning my skin beautifully, but the side effects are harsh. I might drop down to one tablet a day and see if that helps my tummy. Unfortunately, the last Zinc supplement I loved, that was super gentle on my stomach, is currently out of stock so I was trying to find something else that worked just as great with no side effects. If you have a sensitive stomach, these are probably not for you. But they definitely do clear your skin. I'm torn, but this is my experience with this product so far.

I deal with neck acne on my neck and have for years and this is the ONE SUPPLEMENT that has gotten rid of my cystic acne & is now apart of my daily supplements I cannot LIVE without. My first photos is me now, my last one is an example of what I deal with usually, but not anymore!!! After reading studies online about high zinc doses helping acne prone (even cystic) individuals, between 40-50mg and how it helped dramatically- I knew I wanted to increase my daily intake to test it out myself and WOW AM I IMPRESSED…. My skin hasn’t been this clear in ages. I am so happy that my skin is finally clearing up. I think the added vitamin a and e has helped as well with my scarring left behind from my neck acne & I couldn’t be happier.. 🥹☺️ it’s been a long long hard journey for my skin, but look no further!!! This may be your solution too!!

I love this zinc supplement it has 3 or 4 other vitamins in with it works well I hope you restock it soon
