Aboslutely Perfect!!
The pot is not too big and doesn't take up a lot of room on the counter. It was easy to set up and it have a lot of really good features. You can set the temperature for the water so that the keep warm setting is static which is great. The glass gauge lets you know when the water level is low. There is even a delayed start setting so you can set it and it will turn on when you need it. There are three ways to fill your cup the lid has a pumper function and then there is a button for water on top or you can simply hold your cup up to the spout to release water so you can do that one handed.

Power Saving Needs Improvement
Works as expected and is a great convenience but has room for improvement. The power saving mode uses a light sensor to know when to come out of power saving and heat the water. Good idea but useless if your kitchen is normally unlit. A better method would have been a simple on/off time setting OR if the kettle would rember the desired temperature after being powered off. (The default temp at power up is 185*f) To get around having the kettle stay hot over night or having to remember to push a button on it every night and have the water hot when I need to use it in the morning, I plugged the kettle into a smart outlet which turns off at night and then on 30min before I anticipate use so there is enough time for the kettle to boil then come back down to temp. 185*f is fine for me but if you like your water kept at a different temp this method will not work. One other nice to have thing would have been a light shining down at your cup next to the nozzle to help see inside your cup as it fills. Over all it's a nice kettle and I find it adds value to my daily routine. I knocked a star off for the power saving feature for the reason explained above.

Cheap material hot water boiler and warmer
I bought this product only one month and nine days, then it is rusted in the bottom inside the boiler heater, i wasso upset for that, because it says stainless steel, will not be rusted. but just pass the time one month, and nine days. They did not want to refund, because it pass one month. It is not suppose t to get rusted, because it is stainless steel. Therefor, I donโt recommend this product, it is not made of good material.

Works great
With this, I can have tea at any given moment, because it stays hot enough for my liking. No waiting for a kettle to boil or the microwave. This replaced my old one of another brand's discontinued model after 5 years, which happened to be refurbished. I hope this one will last at least as long; I'll update when it dies. It works well. Multiple temperature options; clear digital display. The push button did come in handy recently during a tornado in the area knocking out the power for a day. It's a bit of a pain to use it that way, but it's better than nothing. Keep in mind it won't maintain the temperature when the power is out. But if you're Orthodox Jewish, it would be a good feature on Shabbos/Shabbat.

Easy to use, simple to set up, and precise temperature control
Lots and lots of features for this price. The build quality is high, the instructions are fine. However I would've preferred a simpler approach to the button functions, e.i. the button that unlocks the dispensing pump is also the "standby" button when held for 2 seconds. The temperature select button will shut off the display at night when held for 2 seconds? Okay, I guess. There's no real "on/off" switch, the unit just starts automatically heating once it's plugged in. Make sure it's not empty before hand. There's a short learning curve, but once familiar with the features it'll replace your coffee maker if you're into pour overs and tea like we are. I do like that it's pretty portable, with a built in handle and locking lid. There's also a manual dispensing pump so it'll still pump out water even if it's not plugged in. The unit is fairly well insulated, so it should hold the water at a hot temperature for a while even after it's been unplugged. So far, so good.

Let me preface by stating that these countertop water 'boilers' have clearly been around for a while and are a well establish niche product. I'd never heard of them before a buddy mentioned he had one and liked it a lot. I'm constantly boiling water throughout the day to make coffee or tea so the convenience appealed to me. I settled on the NutriChef mostly because of the unlined stainless steel tank as well the price seemed reasonable. I would have preferred the 4L version but for whatever reason there no ETA for it. And it turned out that the 3L version has been fine for our daily needs. As near as I can tell virtually all makes of these 'boilers' have similar if not the same essential controls and after getting used to them they are just fine. The only thing I would add is the ability to program in when to start heating each day, but the method employed -- essentially a countdown timer -- is fine. Otherwise with a full tank it comes up to 'boiling temperature' in about 15 minutes and then does an acceptable job of maintaining the set temperature -- in our case 185F -- until we tell it to cool down. This is not a complicated or sophisticated device. Power use: Over 12 or so hours this "always on" device uses about double the amount of electricity vs. employing an electric kettle to bring 0.5-1 liter of water to boil every time we wanted coffee or tea (which is generally 5-6 times a day). But that works out to only 3-4 cents so it's not a big deal. And the convenience of always having hot water at hand is really nice. The temperature of the housing is warmer than I was expecting, ranging from 80F-90F. But this is warm to the touch but not hot. Cooler would be better, of course, but adding enough insulation to make a significant difference would probably increase the size of the unit substantially. In short I like the NutriChef Boiler and do not hesitate to recommend it if you're in the market. It won't change your life neither is it a must-have kitchen appliance, but assuming you are regularly boiling water throughout the day then it's nice to have.

I used a couple of water boiler and warmer made in Japan for past 15 years. I found the coating on the inner tube peeling off after less than one year of use. As the coating is made of chemicals, I have been looking for the one with stainless steel inner tube. Therefore I bought this one because its inner tube is made of stainless steel. This one although is a little big comparing to the same volume of other brand, but it looks fine and has a nice blue light when dispersing the water from the tube. It has another good feature for saving the energy. Hope it can last a little longer.
