I didn't use the nano X for several months. When I tried to use it, it was dead. Not only that, recharging did not work. The company does not have phone tech support. Turns out there are many others who had the same experience. The company should warn users to keep the damned thing charged! I hope I can return it, but I'm not looking forward to restoring 25 seed words. I hope that works or I'm screwed!

The ledger nano x itself is plastic, so the metal cover will scratch the entire screen just opening and closing it. Then on software, it’s so bad ledger themselves literally tell you to use another wallet. This might just be a defect, but whenever using the ledger not plugged in it will just decide to shut off, I have to maybe turn it on and put my pin 3 times just to send a single transaction. Worst investment, stick to the open source alternative

I could not charge the Nano-X or Nano-S with the supplied cables. I did not immediately do the setup for the devices, so they are no longer returnable although they are less than 90 days old. This appears to be a product defect.

Estoy empezando en crypto pero desde el principio es importante tener controlado el acceso a tus monedas en un cold wallet físico. ledger es una de las mejores opciones. Y el pack lo simplifica todavía mas.

La batería del dispositivo está muerta completamente por lo que no cumple las expectativas de venta. Deberian retirar todos los dispositivos del mercado con la batería defectuosa. El tiempo perdido cuesta más que el producto.
