Solid looks, secure and functional.
I really can’t live without some kind of bed cover for security and protecting cargo from the elements. This cover arrived well packaged without damage. The install was easy enough and required no drilling and only minor adjustments for function. I have driven it through several car washes and rain storms and the bed has stayed dry every time so far. I have yet to take the truck through any sand and fine dust so I’ll update with that later. I have driven at about 60mph with the panels folded up and haven’t had any issues, and with them down there is no noise or vibration from them. The metal is thin and looks like it will dent easily if abused too much. For function, form, and price I would easily make the purchase again.

Great. Convenient. Seeminly watertight. Easy to install and use.
I put it on by myself in less than 1.5 hours. It's not very heavy and it does appear after a rain storm to be pretty water tight. I had an 07 Avalanche that leaked horribly and this is already 10 times better. I like the fact it folds up upon itself and it is self storing against the cab. It has 2 large plastic wing nuts to remove and the entire thing comes off in less than 20 minutes. The seller blew away Amazon's shipping prediction and it was here a day sooner than even predicted which was awesome.

Leaked and some broken bits
Put it on during summer and the very first time it rained it leaked a LOT. Totally drenched the bags I had in the back. When I pulled them out there was water pouring out of them and I had them in the middle of the bed just in case there was a leak around the edges. The main reason for this purchase was to store items in the back as needed and now I no longer can if it might rain. I live in Seattle. One of the buckles to click in the straps busted off. Not sure how. It’s screwed in there. However the screws are small in my opinion. One of the rods that holds the cover up as needed busted off when I tried to latch it back in place after use.One of the gears that holds the rods in place when the cover is folded off will not stay in. Over time the vibrations from driving work it loose and I find it in the truck bed.Otherwise the cover looks nice and keeps the items in the bed secure (not dry).New edit: I want to file a warranty claim for all the above reasons. However the manufacturer said I have to go through where I bought it from, Amazon. Frustrating.

Looks great on our truck!
I had no problem installing the hard folding tonneau cover- directions were clear enough for me to understand. I have had it on the truck for a month with no water leaking inside the truck bed after rain storms. Overall the construction is very good.

Annoyed that I have to spend money to fix a design problem.
So, it looks great. I like the low profile. But I’m very annoyed that I have to spend money because of a design flaw. The top is too short, and yes I installed it perfectly. And prior experience shows the front seal will not last. The wind up-draft between the cab and the bed will fold that seal back over like a bad comb-over in the wind. I added a 1”X1”aluminum channel in front of the cover (I painted it black) and slathered it in black outdoor silicone seal. After fiddling with fore and aft installation, I am still short about a quarter of an inch in the rear. I also added the pictured trim I got from Lowe’s. I could see daylight between the tailgate and the top. I just finished, so I’m going to wait several days for everything to cure, before drenching it with the hose. I’ll report back. If the company bothers to read any of their reviews, this is a common issue. Why don’t they fix it? I guess because guys like me continue to buy them, then spend the extra money to fix their brand new product.

Second backflip
I was really wary about buying another backflip tonneau cover. The one that was on my truck was not very good quality. I sincerely hope this one is much better than my last. My last purchase had a vinyl cover on top and within two years it had all shrunk and looked horrible but this one does not have the vinyl, so I’m sure it will do better.

Not Durable
I’m a contractor and put this on my work truck about a year and a half ago. Install wasn’t too bad. I haven’t had any issues with leaking that some reviewers reported. I think if you install carefully and put the drain tubes where they go you won’t get any water. Durability is a real issue though. The u shaped guides that cover the pull cords are almost all broken as they are cheap plastic. This makes it hard to open the cover. One of the rods that holds the top open when tilted up against the back window stripped out as well as one of the knobs. The top also dents very easy. If you are a sportsman and don’t use your truck for work you’ll probably be ok. If you are in the trades skip this one for something more durable.
