Is this the same mask used in back in blood video? pooh shiesty that my dawg

Yeahhhhh, that's it, the very same one.

Can the nose be pnched /shaped so my glasses don't fog up?

I don't know if I understand your question exactly. But when you wear this, you don't have to worry about fogging your glasses, because it's so breathable that the air you breathe won't come out of the part of the eyes.

If I get this I want to make sure it can push my hair down since it’s long. Can it do that?

I think it can do it, because it can completely cover your neck, so when you wear it, you can let your hair hang down naturally.
