Can these be cleaned in dishwasher?

I would expect these would be top shelf dishwasher safe in a residential type dishwasher. Not sure about the survival rate in a commercial dishwasher with high temp rinse. I'd run an older item thru as a test run, maybe?

Can you buy replacement sponge heads to re-use in the same wand?

No, these are one piece attached sponges with handle. Once sponge is too soiled for use, the whole piece will need replaced.

Are these the same ones for $1.25 at the Dollar Tree?

No idea. But - they are poor quality. They come apart very quickly. Didn't buy them again.
