What if i want to lift the car and replace my brakes using these ramps ?

my husband hasn't used them for brakes yet .. he just used them to change oil and change a transmission

can 4 be used to lift entire car?

Yes, it would be possible however, you have to make sure to account for the drag of the car so that it does not get pulled away from one side once lifted since these hydraulic jacks do not go straight up. It should work fine though!
